About me
I was born to a German mother and a Cameroonian father having spent
my childhood between Germany and Francophone Africa.
Being born into an import export company my first word was not mom or dad, but “letter of credit”. Always there, my father’s fraternal and close relationships with the Turkish community.
Living in different worlds blessed me with intercultural skills. These are my soft skills. These are life experiences that I can always fall back on.

In my work as Head of Government Affairs, I navigate between African markets, Europe, Turkey, Stuttgart, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Istanbul, Kinshasa with the aim of achieving win-win results for projects.

Economy
German SMEs are drowning in bureaucracy. I am an
advocate for minimum bureaucracy and maximum ROI.
Geopolitics
A difficult topic in which Germany has no role on a global
stage. Germany has no leads in Africa where raw materials are that are so vital to the survival of medium-sized businesses.
A diplomatic soft power strategy can be positive for Germany
bring into play.
SME
A topic that is close to my heart. The backbone of the German economy are SMEs and they are regularly ignored.
A respectful treatment and more support are of utmost importance.
FAST TRACK Skilled immigration
It currently takes too long to bring a hire a skill worker to Germany
with a ton of regulations once that person starts the job. A new process must be initiated, which enables companies to recruit staff efficiently and easily.
Trilateral Busines
Germany has strong economic ties with Turkey
and Hungary. The largest Turkish diaspora outside Turkey is in
Germany. For market entry in MEA, trilateral
relationships and business should be promoted through incentives.
Diasporas added value
In a world full of upheaval, it is important to find and hire staff that can easily navigate in an elegant way, as cultural ambassador, with intercultural competencies and soft skills. A big focus in cross border business should be the added value of diasporas on your doorstep.
Africa
The world’s centre stage is the largest single consumer market of the future.
My goal here is not just to raise awareness in a creative way, reshape foreign trade relationships, but rather start with a completely new African markets strategy, which primarily focuses on building economic ties and stop playing moral compass of the world.
Development aid
In 2024, development aid is an old-fashioned concept.
Development aid should be abolished. These funds should be paid out to companies investing in these markets.
United kingdom
Great Britain and Germany are eager to intensify their relations. As someone who has spent half my life working and living in the UK, I am particularly eager to grow with the UK in terms of new markets.
turkey
Turkey is an important economic player and plays an important role both geographically and geopolitically in a changing world. Germany must find a respectful tone and build new relationships especially in sight of the contributions by former guest workers. I live and love my friendship with Turkey and am proud to be a sister to this community and this country.
islam
Every year Germany needs 400,000 skilled workers, many of whom live their faith as Muslims. More funding should be made available to help German companies understand and destigmatize the topic.
my personal message
As an entrepreneur and cultural ambassador, I would like to use my expertise to connect the dots for a strong economy and start-up culture. Politics must be close to the realities of entrepreneurs in order to pave effective paths for a win-win. Stuttgart is a cosmopolitan city where innovation and tradition come together. Soft skills are the top skills that are now needed to penetrate new markets. As a bridge builder, it is important to me to bring together Stuttgart but also Germany in a global context and its medium-sized businesses with the global south. I am looking forward to contribute to a win-win through my network and my creative, modern concepts.
